We’re looking for an outdoors manager to join our team, and the opportunities in this job are huge. The role involves supporting Wilderness Expertise’s UK based programmes and expeditions, working outdoors every week, as well as being part of a growing company, in a role that you can make your own.
Wilderness Expertise is an innovative personal development organisation, with a focus on delivering high quality, tailored expeditions and programmes for young people. We run DofE expeditions and Personal Development and bushcraft programmes across the UK. We’ve operated for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation within the industry. We love what we do.
This is no 9-5! The person we’re looking for has a passion for youth development, and a serious love of the outdoors. This is the next step in someone’s career, not ‘just a job’. If you are ambitious, fun, and looking to get involved working out and about on our programmes and expeditions, as well as learning how an outdoors company works, you could be exactly who we’re looking for! Not for someone shy, outdoor quals are an advantage, but we can support you towards qualifications.
